PAYMENT TERMS: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please include the cardholder name, billing address and card expiration date. Also, we accept cashiers checks and money orders.

PRICES: All prices are subject to change without notice and are F.O.B. Orange, CA. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors.

SALES TAX: Sales tax will be charged to all transactions in the state of California with the exception of resale establishments with a current resale card on file.

SHIPPING: Graham Tool Co., Inc. uses FedEx and US mail. All shipments over 125 lbs. or dimensionally oversized will be shipped by deferred air freight or truck. Most orders are shipped same day. In the event an item is backordered, you will be given the option to split shipments. Standard and express shipping charges are for the continental U.S. only. For other destinations call for a quote.

WARRANTY: All products carry a 30 day limited warranty. All warranties cover only the part and do not cover any installation charges or damage to other products. By installing these products, you have accepted this warranty. Failure of a product due to misuse or improper product installation is not covered under this warranty. All items are for professional use only. No exceptions!

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES: If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, first call Graham Tool Co., Inc. to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Next, carefully package your return and include a copy of the original invoice. Please print the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package as well as on the invoice copy. Insure for full value. Books, DVD's, electrical supplies, and wear items are not returnable. Return merchandise must be in new condition and must include all product related packaging materials, warranty cards (not filled out), manuals, and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse damaged or incomplete items for return. Refunds or credits will be issued upon receipt of returned items only. Shipping fees are not refundable. No returns after 30 days. Special order items are non-returnable. NOTE: Graham Tool Co., Inc. is a mail order business, not a retail facility. Visits are by appointment only.
