Instructions For Standard Height Base (see photos):

1. Accurately measure and weigh the water to plaster ratio: Standard (p/n 002) 280ml water/ 800gm plaster, Pedodontic (p/n 003) 210ml water/ 600gm plaster (per complete patient set).
2. Pour plaster under vibration until plaster overflows from leading edge. Allow adequate gel time prior to placing poured-up impression on base.
3. Unearth impression with a No. 6 Kingsley-Type Scraper.
4. Remove plaster from the tongue area of the mandibular cast.
5. Add plaster to the retro molar pad area of mandibular cast.
6. Separate base former using release ears .

Helpful Tips:

1. Use a diamond model trimmer wheel.
2. If the base former becomes distorted from improper storage, heat at 120 degrees F until shape is restored.

NOTE: Does not include plaster models.
